Now, more than ever, due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focusing on our guest experience and ensuring we are exceeding the protocols from the world’s leading health experts, including the World Health Organisation and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We remain vigilant and continue to rigorously monitor any suspected symptoms and take swift actions should anything arise. Our commitment to health and cleanliness and delivering additional preventative measures will continue. We adhere to the highest health and safety standards while following the best-in-class protocols that allow us to be fully prepared for all situations, and of course, we follow the direct instructions from the government agencies.

We value the health and safety of our guests and colleagues above all but without compromising on our guest experience. Golden Beach Hotel was designed to offer an intimate hospitality experience while ensuring to its guests comfort and privacy.

We love to greet and serve our guests, however during these circumstances we are offering contactless solutions, where possible, designed to cater the needs of nowadays. In addition to housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates and staff are also completing enhanced Covid-19 awareness training.
